On Monday the government introduced what is expected to be final draft of the Czech Republic’s new Civil Code.  This revamping of the 1964 original is intended to unify its fractured and, perhaps, convoluted set of laws that govern the private sector–of which many, as the date suggests, are a legacy of the former communist regime.Britain

During the years of the First Republic, the unification and modernization of private law was a priority until the communist takeover thwarted progress in that arena.  Since then, Since then, there have been many redundancies present in the code coupled with complex language that non-lawyers would struggle to understand.  This draft is the hope of streamlining and simplifying the code’s structure.  Among the most important changes would be family, ownership and contractual law.inflatable water slides
